30- Day Return Policy

Bridenqueen.com allows a 30 days return policy on all of our packages. If you ordered any one of our packages and decided you don’t need to clean or preserve your wedding dress. Simply fill out a contact us form and one of our team will be happy to assist you. Please make sure you have your order number on hand.

Refund Policy

We will 100% refund the full amount of your purchase back to the credit card/ PayPal account used for your original purchase within this 30-day period. We Will completely delete your order from our system of active orders and you also may destroy the original package you received in the mail. All orders beyond 30 days from the purchase date are considered final.
