Good for the price

They did a mostly good job. The only issues I have with the packaging is the dress is sliding around/down a bit and there's a piece of cardboard that must have fell off inside the box that is now stuck to the plastic window, every time I see it I think it's dirt. Otherwise, they were fast and a fair price.

Beautiful Restoration of an older Queen Anne style wedding dress

Bride n Queen did an amazing restoration of my Queen Anne style dress I wore for my wedding in 1980! Unfortunately I was remiss about having my dress preserved back then as my husband and I immediately moved out of state for school. Recently my niece was helping me clean out a closet when she happened upon the dress and told me she wanted to wear it someday when she married. The dress had staining, etc. and I was skeptical that it could be renewed but I found Bride n Queen and thought I would avail of their services. I received my restored dress yesterday and I could not be happier with the result. My advice to all new brides is to send your dress to Bride n Queen for cleaning and preservation.

This entire process was easy and seamless. I was definitely hesitant about sending my dress and veil off for cleaning, but Bride n Queen did an incredible job. The entire process was so convenient. Their team sent a box about a week after purchasing the package with a prepaid shipping label. My husband helped me pack my dress and send it back for cleaning. They sent me a text when they had received my dress and about 3 weeks later I received a notice it was on the way back to my house. My dress and veil looks absolutely stunning. I’m so glad I trusted them with one of my most important assets. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone needing their dress cleaned after their wedding. Thank you so much!!
